Hilda, is a plus sized pin-up queen that graced the pages of American wall calendars during the 60s till the erly 80s. As her creator, illustrator Duane Bryers says  Hilda is a creation out of his head. Even though he had various models during the years, some of the best Hilda paintings were done without a model.
Despite the fact she was one of history's longest running calendar queens she was never very famous and even the most dedicate vintage lovers might have not come across this clumpsy but not shy at all pin-up before.
